What is a cookie?

Cookies which help remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or the pages which you have visited are also used to provide you with a more personalized experience, improve the services offered through the website and thus improve your overall experience.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

 

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights according to Article 11 of KVKK;

     

  1. To learn whether your personal data is processed,

  2. To request information as to processing if your data have been processed,

  3. To learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;

  4. To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;

  5. To request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccura,tely;

  6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under Article 7 of KVKK;

  7. To request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred;

  8. To object to occurrence of any result that is to your detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems

  9. To request compensation for the damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

You may deliver a message setting out your requests within the scope of your rights as a data subject in a personal capacity, through a notary, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or using your email address or if you have a registered e-mail address that you have previously stated or registered in our system. Your requests will be handled free of charge within thirty days at the latest after being delivered to us through the stated routes.

As stated in the "Announcement Regarding the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Supervisor" published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10 March 2018 by the Personal Data Protection Authority, the requests which you set out in your application will be responded to free of charge. However, if the response to your application is given in writing and if the response is longer than ten pages, a fee of 1 TL for per page after the first ten pages may be requested, also a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium may be requested if the answer is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory. If your application is a result of a error in our part the fee will be refunded to you in due course.

Your application will be responded to in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in The Law, and Soysal Law Firm may request some confirmatory information from you to confirm the identity of the applicant. This information will only be requested to identify the real data subject and to share the results of the application with the right person.
